Shipping policy

All of our trees are delivered fully assembled and bubble wrapped. Please note that we currently only deliver within mainland UK.

The cost of delivery is £35. Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 10 working days. Once your order is complete, we’ll get in touch to schedule the delivery and share your tracking details.

Deliveries are usually made between 8am and 6pm. The courier will provide you with a 3-hour delivery window the day before your scheduled delivery.
