Just contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Post items back to us within 30 days of delivery.
Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

We don't accept exchanges but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

To start a return, you can contact us at Paul@treow.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
